Forgotten in the now desolate wastelands of what outsiders refer to as the “Crimson Sector” lies the ruins of a once-proud kingdom, its existence cast into shadow by those who now lay claim to its sacred lands. Yet, the resolve of its people remains unbroken—a steadfast defiance to surrender and accept their destined fate.
To outsiders, the origins of the Mirnerian Kingdom are shrouded in mystery, with the only certainty being their fanatical devotion to what has been referred to as their “ascension.” For the invading forces of the Coalition and the Conterian Illuminate, the Crimson Sector is a waking nightmare. Even in defeat, the horrors of war linger, giving rise to the grim reminder:
“No one leaves the Crimson Sector sane.”
Truthfully speaking, the origins of the Mirnerian Kingdom still remain unknown, with only speculation on the truth of the matter. Yet from recovered scraps of data records, it is clear the sector was once a very different place, referred to as ‘Senow’ by the Mirnerians—a land of hopes and dreams.
For those unlucky enough to enter the sector, whether by free will or duty, the grim reality of the situation takes hold quickly. Even in defeat, the fanaticism of their enemy knows no bounds. While in the shadows, reports of the ‘final weapons’ surface in droves – a legacy of a people unbroken…
Since the Coalition's quarantine of the sector, newer information has become scarce. Yet those who manage to escape the nightmare speak of the horrors that transpire there. Mercenaries once battle hardened — cold-blooded killers, return as broken souls seeking redemption in the eyes of the lord, haunted by their experiences. A quote from a mercenary captain encapsulates the situation:
“Everyone there has been fighting their monsters for so long that they didn’t notice when they became one themselves.”
In recent years, the sector has fallen silent, as the Coalition and Conterian Illuminate focus their efforts on other fronts, leaving what they see as a mess for other to clean up.
Yet if the reports of independent analysts are to be believed, the current complacency of the both CIC and CSN has allowed the Mirnerias Loyalist Forces to start making headway in become an ever growing-threat, most worryingly an ever growing number of suspected sightings have began to surface of Brotherhood fleets reemerging from the cold depths of the space. The most alarming of reports hint at the confirmation and the emergence of what is believed to be the ‘final weapon’ within the sector's outer eastern regions.
These reports still remain unconfirmed and speculative, but one thing is for certain: The Senow Sector will light up once more, serving as a grim reminder to all of its legacy as the “Crimson Sector”.

The Crimson Sanctity, is considered to be a fanatical religious order operating within the boundaries of the Mirnerian Kingdom, believed to have arisen during the kingdom's inception. Initial assumptions had painted the order as nothing more than a fringe extremist cult, as a result of them never being officially acknowledged by the kingdom's government. Yet these misconceptions have downplayed the true extent of their influence infecting every aspect of the kingdom’s military and civil operations, with scraps of evidence suggesting that only a few in the kingdom’s inner circle are turley aware of the extent of the Sanctites’s operations.

The precise origins of the Crimson sanctity are unclear, although salvaged records place their inception at around the foundation of the kingdom. Truthfully little is known about their existence but it is believed that the order's founding members are the scientists and engineers responsible for the creation of the substance referred to as the 'Crimson Gift'.
The lack of sufficient data leaves many questions unanswered, yet the most concerning of which ponders on how rational minds of science turned into zealous fanatics in what seemed as a blink of an eye.
The exact leadership structure of the order is unknown, although scarce mentions of a high council and prominent figures, has led to the assumption that the order is governed by a council of elder, most notably those assumed to be the initial founders, While analysis of the command structure derived from combat encounters suggest that the orders militant structure mirrors that of the Mirnerian Military forces, with a zealous emphasis of their rank’s title.
Though never officially apart of the kingdom’s chain of command, the orders operations mirror those of many governmental agencies, with sources pointing to their influence affecting all forms of the kingdoms affairs, although most notable they have been tied to the creation and maintenance of the substance referred to as “The Crimson Gift” the core of the kingdoms foundation, presumably giving the order a great degree of leverage and freedom to conduct its operations unhindered.
Documented mentions of their operations include the following:
1. Development and protection of the “Crimson Gift”
2. Religious Enforcement
3. Counter intelligence
4. Covert Military Operations
The Sanctity primary beliefs revolve around the maintenance and protection of what they refer to as the 'Crimson Gift' seeing it as a form of promised ascension, for they alone have been blessed with its creation. Their devotion to the gift itself borders on the line of fantical to put it mildly, with their members worshiping certain figures within the Kingdom on an almost god-like status, seeing them as those that were chosen to lead them to ascension.
Analysis on the scale at which the Sanctity is able to operate with impunity borders on the extreme, with sources pointing to them having a free hand at achieving their desired goals with little to no recourse for their actions. It is uncertain what the reason for this is. The most obvious assumption is their hold on the “Crimson Gift” presumably giving them a stranglehold on the kingdom, although additional sources have pointed to their close ties to the monarchy and the High Lord himself.
Whatever the reason maybe, this has led to an internal conflict on both military and civil matters between multiple parties, primarily the Brotherhood of Morngrud which serves as the combined military forces of the kingdom, especially with the “Operations, Surveillance and Tactical Analysis” division. The Order’s commanders have been rumored to interfere with military operations, said to go off on a tangent to fulfill the missions which they see as above critical, although there are conflicting reports where their presence was welcome and adored by the Brotherhood commanders in charge. Furthermore the internal situation is complicated by the ever growing number of sympathizers amongst the kingdom’s populace, most concerningly high ranking military personnel.
The most unlikely oddity is that these conflicts never evolve beyond mere words, a surprising fact given the fanatical nature of the order’s members, more over than not their members are said to back down on the brink on bloodshed, this is believed to be associated with their beliefs of spilling the blood of one who posses the ‘Gift’ to be one of the greatest of sins “to destroy that what is sacred”. Although it seems this courtesy does not extend to those labeled as traitors, with those said to have their gift ‘reclaimed’, although it can only be speculated upon the torment these individuals undergo.
Notably the most documented aspect of the order is the zealous fanaticism displayed amongst its members, putting to shame even the most devoted fundamentalist. Depicted by those who had faced them as inhuman;
“One should pray for a quick death, then look for mercy – from those that walk in human form, for one will find more humanity in a rabid beast, then those soulless monsters…”

Available Intelligence data has attributed the ultimate goal of the Minerian kingdom to being the total dominion of the Senow Sector ensuring that access to all is denied, this has been attributed to the lack of data on the sector and the kingdom itself prior to its collapse. Although many analysts speculate that dominion over the sector is only a part of a much grander vision of the kingdom’s leadership, pointing to the reappearing theme of ascension found throughout their religious scriptures and strangely eerily similar terms uncovered throughout salvaged official military records.
Despite these concerns, the once prominent speculations have all but faded into obscurity following the kingdom's collapse, reducing the faction’s ambitions to mere survival. Now any remaining militant forces appear singularly focused on the liberation of their home sector.
Little is truly known about the religious practices of the kingdom’s populace prior to its downfall, although many sources point to them being subtle variations of the extreme practices of the Crimson Sanctity.
If so, these practices can be assumed to have originated and/or have been influenced by what is referred to as the “Crimson Gift”. Although the Crimson Sanctity and its practices have been noted to vary from every mentioned encounter, many suggest the following to be canonical in their core beliefs;
The religious elements of the kingdom put a heavy emphasis on what has been referred to as the ‘Blood Bond’, presumed to be references to the biological mutations resulting from the substance coined the ‘Crimson Gift’. Although to those outside of the kingdom the origins of this substance are not certain, it can be assumed that its creation is linked in some way to the figures these religious elements revere on what can be only described as god-like status.
The fanaticism surrounding this substance has led to many of these religious elements declaring a zero tolerance to any outsider presence, whether human or alien, declaring that this threatens its purity, with many even denying delegates from their allies to set foot upon the home world during the kingdom's height of power.
Yet this fanaticism stretches much further, as many of these members have been seen unwilling to leave behind even the fallen, risking their lives and potentially military operations, seeing it as blasphemy to allow the holy gift to be defiled by lesser beings. This has also led to what have been noted as ‘Crypts of the Blood Bound’, acting as tombs for the fallen. Although unlike many conventional tombs, many mentions refer to them as monasteries, or strongholds given the scale and size of these facilities.
This section outlines the presumed demographic composition of The Mirnerian Kingdom as of the year 178 CT
Population Distribution 178 CT
Given the historical precedent, the Mirnerian Kingdom maintains an antagonistic stance toward outsiders, operating under a strict “shoot first, ask questions later” policy. Where those who enter the 'Crimson Sector' are regarded as trespassers and inherent threats to be neutralized without hesitation, regardless of their intentions.
The following analysis outlines the diplomatic relations between the Kingdom of Mirneria and other notable powers on the galactic stage.

No Offical Contact Recorded, Assumed Relationship based on Ideology
Data point to the Zekon Hegemony being the Mirnerian kingdom's initial adversary during its years of inception, with multiple wars spanning decades between the two parties. Although pressure from outside parties, primarily the CSN and CIC, have forced the two parties to adopt a more neutral stance towards one another. Although these speculations are not confirmed outside of a major decrease of hostilities between the two.
Initial records point to the foundations of an alliance between the two parties, whereby the Mirnerian kingdom was at the brink of joining the coalition as an official member, although it is unknown why relations had deteriorated so rapidly, as if in the blink of an eye. Data gathered points to what is referred to as the “incident” although all available data gathered can only be considered as propaganda from either side blaming the other as the catalyst for the fallout. Given the incident and the coalitions multiple invasions as well as current occupation of the ‘Crimson Sector’ make the prospect of any further diplomatic talks between the two improbable, with evidence of both sides actively participating in genocide and warcriminal actions against one another other.
The Enlightenment campaign of the Conterian Illuminate has left little space for any form of alliance with the Mirnerian kingdom, with their actions resulting in multiple conflicts spanning ever since their first appearance. Their current occupation of areas of the ‘Crimson Sector” and its contribution to the kingdom's fall, makes any sort of diplomatic relations improbable. Although unlike the CSN the CIC and its treatment of those under their occupation has been considered to be humane, with continued attempts of assimilation, forcing those who refuse into what can only described as slave labour camps until they see “the error of their ways and embrace the light”. It is presumed the Mirnerians stance on outsiders will not result in any alliance between the two as the Illuminate have spilled Mirnerian blood in the past and “tainted” their sacred sector with their presence.
There is no official records of the Mirnerian Kingdom having had contact with any other major parties present on the galactic stage, and therefore it can only be speculated what their stance towards them would be, put shortly given their isolationist nature and hostile attitude towards outsider parties entering their sector, it is unlikely their attitude towards others would be anything short of antagonistic, especially given the kingdoms current geopolitical situation.
Available data indicates that the Minerian Kingdom lacked external trade routes, suggesting a highly isolated economy reliant solely on internal commerce. Although, there is a lack of substantial evidence to support the existence of major commercial trade operations within the kingdom.
Analysts argue that this absence can be attributed to the centralized control exerted by the kingdom’s leadership, mainly the Brotherhood, where it has been noted that the Mirnerian military requisitioned and managed all aspects of production and manufacturing. This singular focus on supporting the war effort would effectively eliminate any space for a traditional trade system, further isolating the kingdom economically and politically from the outside world.
Accurate data on the economic strength of the Mirnerian Kingdom remains elusive due to its isolated nature and recent collapse. However, economic analysts speculate that, at the height of its power, the kingdom's economy may have rivaled the combined might of the Coalition during its early years. These claims, however, remain unverified, as the analysis relies heavily on assumptions drawn from the abundance of raw resources reported to be found within the Senow sector.
Additionally the true extent of the kingdom’s manufacturing and production capabilities is equally difficult to ascertain. Much of the available data consists of military reports from the Coalition detailing the destruction of Mirnerian facilities, leaving significant gaps in understanding their industrial infrastructure and capacity.
